Improvements
- One notification per channel / chat and not for every new message (notification updates its content)
- Opening a channel / chat will remove the notification for this channel / chat
- If inside the channel / chat no notification will be displayed for this specific channel / chat
- If already inside the channel / chat the unread count will not be updated for this specific channel / chat
