The text below is considered a contract between you and Playsum and will be used accordingly.
Certain restrictions apply to sales of digital products (including but not limited to video games, game DLC, and gift cards) sold through our platform that might not otherwise apply to physical goods.
Sales Policy
Before buying a game, it is your sole responsibility and obligation to make sure that you have the technical grounds for operating the game, and that your computer system meets the minimum System Requirements for the game.
Playsum does not take any responsibility for a game working on a newer or different operating system than as specified in the System Requirements for each game.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR TITLES WHERE THE ACTIVATION KEY HAS BEEN DISCLOSED TO YOU AND DUE TO YOUR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PRODUCT.
Refunds or store credits will be issued solely at the discretion of Playsum and on a case by case basis. You will have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a digital product you have made through Playsum, for any or no reason, for up to 14 calendar days (for pre-orders, this period starts once the digital product key is delivered) from your purchase (The 'Refund Period'), subject to the following limitations:
- You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the digital product or obtain a refund if, before the Refund Period expires, the download process for the digital product has begun. Once the download process for the digital product has begun, you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the digital product or obtain a refund, and the sale, purchase and payment will be final.
- You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that the download process for a digital product begins when you reveal the digital product key.
- You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that the download process for a Ubisoft Connect digital product or other keyless activation digital product begins when a redemption button is available to you through your account.
- You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that digital products gifted by you or gifted to you are not able to be refunded.
